Cancellation Policy

Gift cards can be used to pay for either an online deposit or for full payment.

For all experience rooms, bookings are not guaranteed or complete until we receive deposit and a contact number.

Any deposits made will be applied to your booking. Deposits are fully refundable with 48 hours cancellation notice.

If participate number changes please let us know within 48-hours before your booking.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed intoxicated. No alcohol or drugs are allowed to be consumed on the premises.
